Luisa advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law and foreign investment control. Her practice focuses particularly on transactions, the design and implementation of compliance strategies and advising on vertical issues and horizontal cooperations agreements. Additionally, she supports clients in internal investigations, in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, as well as in the defense against antitrust damages claims. She represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and before German and European courts.
