VISMA has acquired the majority of shares of the H&H Data Processing and Consulting Company. Visma Group is a provider of cloud software for SMEs and the public sector. H&H is a software provider for municipalities in Germany and offers, among others, commercial solutions in the field of enterprise resource planning.
