ROCAN grows team with the addition of Luisa Schenke, who joins us as an associate.
We are very pleased to further strengthen our firm by adding Luisa to the team. She advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law and foreign investment control. Her practice focuses particularly on transactions, the design and implementation of compliance strategies and advising on vertical issues and horizontal cooperation agreements. Additionally, she supports clients in internal investigations, in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, as well as in the defense against antitrust damages claims. She represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and before German and European courts.
During her legal traineeship, Luisa,inter alia, worked for Hengeler Mueller, the European Commission and the Consulate General in Sydney.
