We are pleased to announce that, as of September 1, 2023, Dr. Fabian Grossmann joined our practice from Hengeler Mueller, where he was an antitrust lawyer for the past five years.

Fabian has particular expertise in antitrust damages proceedings, including representing clients in and out of court. He also has extensive expertise in antitrust and abuse of dominance proceedings, merger control, as well as internal investigations and antitrust compliance issues.
