ROCAN grows team with the addition of Charlotte Förstmann, who joins us as an associate. 

We are very pleased to further strengthen our firm by adding Charlotte to the team. She advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law and foreign investment control. She specializes in advising on transactions, antitrust compliance and internal investigations. Charlotte is also active in antitrust and damages proceedings and advises on abuse of dominance. She represents clients before the Bundeskartellamt, the European Commission and German and European courts.
